As part of the wider Globe Group, Globe Scaffolding Cambridge Ltd was appointed to provide full scaffolding and access support across this major residential scheme, which delivered 373 new homes through a demanding, concurrent construction programme.
The project required safe, adaptable access solutions to support multiple construction methods simultaneously, while maintaining programme certainty across a large live site. Through detailed planning, daily coordination, and proactive site management, the scaffolding works were delivered approximately two months ahead of the original programme.
